Marines from exercise Southern Exchange 2009 (SE09) took to the pool during combat water survival qualifications at the Governor's Island Naval Complex here, July 20. Marines from Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, Peru, Colombia, Chile and the U.S. hone their skills on the combat rifle range at Exercise Southern Exchange 2009 (SE09), which is hosted by the Corpo de Fuzileiros Navais (CFN) Amphibious Division at the Governor’s Island Naval Complex here.
