U.S. Marine Corps Lance Cpl. Luke Fitch, left, a rifleman and native of Florida, is handed his re-enlistment citation by 1st Lt. UNITAS, which is Latin for “unity,” was conceived in 1959 and has taken place annually since first conducted in 1960.
