U.S. Marines with Littoral Craft Company Charlie, 4th Assault Amphibian Battalion, 4th Marine Division, carry a boat during the swim qualification portion of the Colombian Fluvial Operations Course, July 16, 2024, at Centro Internacional Excelencia Avanzado Fluvial (CIEF), Apartado, Colombia. LCC Charlie is the first iteration of U.S. service members participating in the Colombian Fluvial Operations Course and it consists of multiple training exercises such as swim qualification, classroom lectures, weapons handling, and maintenance and littoral craft maneuvers.
