A six-man tactics advisor team from SPMAGTF-SC have been in El Salvador since May 2019 to advise and help train entry-level Salvadoran marines and sailors. The task force is conducting training and engineering projects hand-in-hand with partner nation military members in Latin America and the Caribbean during their deployment, which coincides with hurricane season.
