U.S. Marine Corps 1st Lt. Andrew Piland, left, with Security Cooperation Training Team 18, U.S. Marine Corps Forces, South, supervises a water survival training course at Soto Cano Air Base, Honduras where participants earned their Water Survival— Advanced qualification on Dec. 21, 2017.
