U.S. Marine Corps Sgt. Gregory Holmes, left, assigned to the Marine detachment embarked aboard high speed vessel Swift (HSV-2), shows a Guatemalan paratrooper his results from shooting on a 25-meter target range in Puerto Quetzal, Guatemala, Jan. 11, 2012, during High Speed Vessel-Southern Partnership Station (HSV-SPS) 2012. HSV-SPS is an annual deployment of U.S. ships to the U.S. Southern Command's area of responsibility in the Caribbean and Latin America. The exercise involves information sharing with navies, coast guards and civilian services throughout the region.
