2nd Lt. Lucas Helms, officer in charge of the Marine detachment aboard High Speed Vessel (HSV 2) Swift, demonstrates proper kneeing techniques on Lance Cpl. Ronald Russell during a Marine Corps martial arts exercise with Guatemalan paratroopers. The exercise was part of a 10-day subject matter expert exchange between Guatemala and U.S. during HSV-Southern Partnership Station 2012 (HSV-SPS 12). HSV-SPS is an annual deployment to build partnerships in the Caribbean and Latin America.
