A member of the Guatemalan special forces makes a hand motion to the size of fish that they can catch using a fishing line and hook to Marines attached to Special Purpose Marine Air Ground Task Force (SPMAGTF) Nov. 28. This subject matter expert exchange (SMEE) on jungle survival tactics were given to show U.S. Marines how Guatemalan special forces survive in the jungle with the absence of traditional packaged food. SPMAGTF is participating in Amphibious-Southern Partnership Station 2012 (AMPHIB-SPS 12), an annual deployment of SMEE teams sent to U.S. Southern Command's area of responsibility.
