U.S. Marines attached to Special Purpose Marine Air Ground Task Force (SPMAGTF) conduct morning physical fitness training with members of the Guatemalan special forces as part of a subject matter expert exchange (SMEE) on Nov. 26. Events such as these are designed to further strengthen existing partnerships with the host nation. SPMAGTF is participating in Amphibious-Southern Partnership Station 2012 (AMPHIB-SPS 12), an annual deployment of SMEE teams sent to U.S. Southern Command's area of responsibility.
