Gunnery Sgt. Edward Palacios, assigned to the Marine detachment of High Speed Vessel (HSV 2) Swift, completes push-ups with Dominican Republic Marines. The two Marine Corps are participating in a three-week partnership as part of Southern Partnership Station (SPS) 2012. SPS is an annual deployment in the U.S. Southern Command's Area of Responsibility, partnering the Caribbean and Latin America.
