Sgt. Randall S. Griffith, a non lethal weapons instructor with Security Cooperation Task Force, Ground Combat Element, explains each section of a non lethal formation during a non-lethal and tactics exchange with the Belize Defense Force at Price Barracks, Belize, Feb. 26, 2011 in support of Amphibious Southern Partnership Station 2011 (A SPS11). A SPS11 will focus on strengthening and establishing new relationships through the exchange of maritime mission-focused knowledge and exercising vital lines of communication between regional security services.
