Colombian marine 1st Sgt. Julio Rhenals, explosive ordnance disposal (EOD), walks Sgt. Christopher L. Coheley, Security Cooperation Task Force (SCTF) EOD, through the steps of loading the barrel on the Vanguard, a robot used to confiscate improvised explosive devices (IEDs), during a subject matter expert exchange, Feb. 3. SCTF is deployed in support of Amphibious Southern Partnership Station 2011 (A-SPS11).
