Schmicker, Marine Wing Support Squadron 271, ground command element, ensures a Colombian Marine understands all the proper handling techniques on a M249 squad automatic weapon during a weapon expertise exchange with the Colombian Marines in support of Security Cooperation Task Force (SCTF) with Amphibious Southern Partnership Station 2011, Covenas, Colombia, Feb. 1, 2011.
