Gunnery Sgt. Joe Urias, right, a Marine Corps Training and Advisory Group instructor, oversees proper tactics on military operations and urban training scenarios during a weeklong exercise supporting Southern Partnership Station 2011. Southern Partnership Station is an annual deployment of U.S. ships to the U.S. Southern Command area of responsibility in the Caribbean and Latin America. The exercise involves information sharing and training with navies, coast guards and civilian services throughout the region.
