Three civil affairs Marines from II Marine Expeditionary Force 10th Marines Civil Affairs Detachment have deployed with Special-Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force Continuing Promise 2010, which is a humanitarian civic assistance mission that provides medical, dental, veterinary, engineering support and disaster relief efforts to the Caribbean, Central and South America. Aynes hails from Johnstown, Colo.
