Cpl. Carlos C. Miranda, a heavy equipment operator with 8th Engineer Support Battalion, attached to Special-Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force Continuing Promise 2010, digs the sides of a drainage pit at an engineer site in Silico Creek, Panama, Oct. 2, 2010. Marines and sailors of CP10 are anchored off the coast of Chiriqui Grande, Panama, to conduct humanitarian operations. CP10 is a humanitarian civic assistance mission that provides medical, dental, veterinary, engineering support and disaster relief efforts to the Caribbean, Central and South America.
