Sgt. John Dubarry, a military policeman with Military Police Co. A, from Lexington, KY, asks two Grenadian soldiers if they are ready to receive 1200 volts of electricity for five seconds to earn certification of electrocution. The training was part of a week-long non-lethal weapons course as part of Tradewinds 2010. Tradewinds is a Chairman of the Joint Chiefs directed, U.S. Southern Command sponsored annual exercise that is conducted with the Caribbean Basin Partner Nations, designed to improve cooperation with the partner nations in responding to regional security threats.
