Commander Daniel Blackburn, Commanding Officer USS Oak Hill (LSD 51), Robin Matthewman, Charge D'affaires U.S. Embassy Uruguay, and Captain Brad Willamson, Commanding Officer Destroyer Squadron TWO cut a cake made for a fourth of July picnic hosted aboard the USS Oak Hill, July 4, 2009. Southern Partnership Station is a combined naval and amphibious operation with Oak Hill and maritime forces from Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Peru, and Uruguay. The Oak Hill will also support the U.S. Marine Corps Forces, South multinational combined exercise Southern Exchange 2009 in Rio de Janeiro from July 13-31. (U.S. Army Photo by Pvt.
