Cpl. Solomon Brown and Lcpl Jonathan Veras instruct a Corpos Fuzileiros Navais (CFN) Marine, 1st Lt. Jose Sena, on the proper use of the M4 rifle during a dry fire exercise aboard the USS Oak Hill (LSD 51), June 21, 2009. The USS Oak Hill is participating in a combined naval and amphibious exercise with maritime forces from Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Peru, and Uruguay. The USS Oak Hill will also support U.S. Marine Corps Forces, South in this year's Southern Exchange 2009, which is hosted by the CFN. Celebrating the second anniversary of SE09, Brazil will host approximately 1,000 Marines and Sailors from the U.S., Argentina, Chile, Peru, Colombia and Uruguay at the Diviso Anfbia and the island of Marambaia, Rio de Janeiro from July 13-31.
