NASSAU, Bahamas (March 10, 2009) - Special Agent Marc Avalos, Naval Criminal Investigative Services explains the fingerprinting process to Woodcock Primary School students. NCIS, in cooperation with the U.S. Embassy, Nassau, provided identification kits to more than 200 students at the primary school. The agents, out of the NCIS South East Field Office, Jacksonville, Fla., are on the island with Exercise Tradewinds 2009, providing training to law enforcement which will support maritime security in the Caribbean Basin. Tradewinds 09 is a Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff directed, U.S. Southern Command-sponsored exercise that is conducted in cooperation with Caribbean Basin partner nations. (Photo by Staff Sgt.
