FUERTE AGUAYO, Chile -- Marines from the U.S. and South America regroup atop a dune during SOUTHERN EXHANGE, a recent exercise coordinated by U.S. Marine Corps Forces South, Miami. SOUTHERN EXCHANGE is designed to be an annual, multilateral exchange event between Marines from the U.S., Chile, Brazil and Argentina. The 2007 exercise was hosted by Chile and took place in Fuerte Aguayo, Chile.
