U.S. Marine Corps Forces, South's commander, MajGen Michael F. Fahey III, and U.S. Naval Forces Southern Command's commander, RADM Sean Buck, came together with VADM Gabriel Perez, commander of naval operations, Colombia, and other senior Colombian officers for a signing ceremony that defines clear-cut goals for the upcoming year to enhance the partnership between our militaries through numerous multinational exercises.

U.S. Marine Corps Forces, South's commander, MajGen Michael F.
