Chilean Navy Capt. Jorge Keitel, a special advisor to Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force - Southern Command, speaks with Colombian Naval Infantry Lt. Col. Erick Del Rio, the deputy commander of SPMAGTF-SC, in Flores, Guatemala, July 12, 2018. Keitel joins Del Rio as the first partner nation officers to ever be a part of the SPMAGTF-SC staff; the first step in making a multinational amphibious task force capable of providing humanitarian assistance and disaster relief in the region. The Marines and sailors of SPMAGTF-SC are conducting security cooperation training and engineering projects alongside partner nation military forces in Central and South America.
