U.S. Navy Construction Electrician 2 Arthur Bernahl, a Seabee from Construction Battalion Maintenance Unit 202, paints the ceiling that was filled in with stucco. The Guatemalan Brigada de Infanteria de Marina (BIM) engineers along with their U.S. counterparts help renovate the Biblioteca Municipal Corporacion 74-78 as part of a humanitarian engineering project in Puerto Barrios, Guatemala, Aug. 14, 2014.
