Sgt. Mark Miller, assigned to the Marine detachment of High Speed Vessel (HSV 2) Swift, works with Dominican Republic Marines on Marine Corps martial arts. The two Marine Corps are participating in a three week partnership as part of Southern Partnership Station (SPS) 2012. SPS is an annual deployment in the U.S. Southern Command's Area of Responsibility, partnering the Caribbean and Latin America.
