NASSAU, Bahamas (March 6, 2009) - Sergeant Julyberd Castro (front) and Lieutenant Junior Grade Binet Fausto with the Dominican Republic Defence Force apply practical application on handcuff procedures during “compliant boarding” training at Royal Bahamas Defence Force Base Coral Harbour. The training is part of Exercise Tradewinds 2009.
