U.S. Marines with the Security Cooperation Training Team train alongside Guatemalan partners as a part of the U.S. Colombian Action Plan (USCAP) at Brigada de Infanteria de Marina, in Puerto Barrios, Guatemala, Feb. 18, 2019. The USCAP was formed by the U.S. and Colombia to help support countries in Central America in their efforts against transnational organized crime.
