Colombian Marines conduct riverine operations with Guatemalan partners

Colombian Marine Gunnery Sgt. Hernando Hernandez, an amphibious operations instructor, assists Guatemalan partners during riverine training as a part of the U.S. Colombian Action Plan (USCAP) at Brigada de Infanteria de Marina, in Puerto Barrios, Guatemala, Feb. 18, 2019. The USCAP was formed by the U.S. and Colombia to help support countries in Central America in their efforts against transnational organized crime.
