Garrett Burn, a combat engineer, from 8th Engineer Support Battalion, 2nd Marine Logistics Group, and U.S. Navy Construction Electrician 2 Arthur Bernahl, a Seabee from Construction Battalion Maintenance Unit 202, remove a breaker from a control panel in order to see what kind is needed to replace it.
