U.S. Navy Builder Constructionman Serena Strozewski, a Seabee from Construction Battalion Maintenance Unit 202, repaints the local library's name in the Izabal District with the assistance of the Guatemalan Brigada de Infanteria de Marina (BIM) engineers. The BIM along with their U.S. counterparts help renovate the Biblioteca Municipal Corporacion 74-78 as part of a humanitarian engineering project in Puerto Barrios, Guatemala, Aug. 14, 2014. The Marines and Sailors are helping to remodel buildings in support of Southern Partnership Station 2014, a combined joint exercise focused on subject matter expert exchanges with partner nations and security forces as well as military to military engagements and community relations projects in Central America.
