Boatswain's Mate First Class Shawn Graham, a U.S. Navy Riverine from Riverine Squadron (RIVRON 3) Detachment 1 (Det. 1), grabs a towing rope that is being used to tow a second Riverine Patrol boat (RPB) that has taken simulated damages in Santo Tomas Dec. 6. The simulation was help with members of the Guatemalan Naval Special Forces. ::r::::n::The Riverines and SPMAGTF Marines are participating in the SMEE exchanges as a part of Amphibious-Southern Partnership Station 2012 (AMPHIB-SPS 12), an annual deployment of U.S. military teams to the U.S. Southern Command area of responsibility.
