Hospital Corpsman 3rd Class (HM3) Adam Carlucci, Maritime Civil Affairs Team (MCAT) assigned to High Speed Vessel (HSV-2) Swift, distributes "Loving Hugs" stuffed animals to children at Hogar Escuela De Ninas Dona Chucha. The orphanage visit is part of Swift's HSV-Southern Partnership Station (SPS) mission. Swift has been working with military and community partners for the past three weeks to build partnerships throughout the country.
