Cpl. Lucas Ottander-Todd, assigned to the Marine detachment of High Speed Vessel (HSV 2) Swift, works with Dominican Republic Marines on Marine Corps martial arts. The two Marine Corps are participating in a three week partnership as part of Southern Partnership Station (SPS) 2012. SPS is an annual deployment in the U.S. Southern Command's Area of Responsibility, partnering the Caribbean and Latin America.
