Marine Leaders of The Americas Conference (MLAC) 2025

Gen. James F. Amos, 35th Commandant of the U.S. Marine Corps and Rear Adm. Luis Ramos Vargas, Commandant of the Peruvian Marine Corps, greet each other upon Amos' arrival at Jorge Chvez International Airport. During his visit to Peru, Amos attended the Marine Leaders of the Americas Conference (MLAC) 2011, which is an international conference designed to increase engagement among the partner nation's Marine Corps and Naval Infantries.
