Cpl. John C. Eversley, a motor transportation operator with Special-Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force Continuing Promise 2010 meets with his Guyanese family in Rose Hall, Guyana, Oct. 22, 2010. For the past three and a half months, Eversley has participated in a civic-humanitarian assistance mission called Operation Continuing Promise 2010, which has brought aid to several countries throughout the Caribbean, Central and South America - the most recent being Guyana.
