$Marines and Sailors of the 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit and Nassau Amphibious Ready Group carry a 2 year-old off an MH-60 Seahawk during an emergency medivac of Haiti nationals Jan. 23, 2010. The medivac consisted of airlifting four Haiti nationals, two men and two children from USNS Comfort and transporting them to USS Nassau where they received further medical care. One adult male is currently in critical condition, the other has an open fracture on his left leg and is currently in stable condition. The two-year-old child is in stable condition, and one infant had no apparent wounds. The 15 minute flight, estimated arrivedl in the early afternoon and Marines and Sailors responded immediately.
