Marine Leaders of The Americas Conference (MLAC) 2025

Sgt. Brandon Price, assigned to a Security Cooperation Marine Air-Ground Task Force (SCMAGTF) currently deployed with the multi-purpose amphibious assault ship USS Wasp (LHD 1) performs a hip throw on Lance Cpl. Marcos Rivera, in front of members of the Dominican Republic military, as part of the Marine Corps. Martial Arts Program during a Theater Security Cooperation event at San Isidro Air Base. Wasp is currently deployed on Southern Partnership Station-Amphib with Destroyer Squadron 40 and embarked SCMAGTF. Southern Partnership Station is part of the Partnership of the Americas Maritime Strategy that focuses on building interoperability and cooperation in the region to meet common challenges.
