Petty Officer 1st Class Joseph Rimkus, a native of Chicago, Il. and corpsman with 2nd Battalion, 24th Marines, examines a Colombian Marine experiencing respiratory problems during the Final Exercise (FINEX) portion of Southern Exchange 2009 (SE09).
