Commander Daniel Blackburn, Commanding Officer USS Oak Hill (LSD 51), Robin Matthewman, Charge D'affaires U.S. Embassy Uruguay, and Captain Brad Willamson, Commanding Officer Destroyer Squadron TWO cut a cake made for a fourth of July picnic hosted aboard the USS Oak Hill, July 4, 2009. Southern Partnership Station is a combined naval and amphibious operation with Oak Hill and maritime forces from Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Peru, and Uruguay.
